We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Logistics Support.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop a career in supply chain and logistics.

In this role, you will support buying activities across all customers and coordinate materials for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to the Logistics Supervisor
Coordinate materials for assigned customers to ensure availability aligns with demand
-Support buying activities across all customers, including raising and managing purchase orders
Prepare and maintain order status reports (including daily CTB reporting)
Proactively manage order schedules, including push-outs and pull-ins in line with changing demand
Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on overdue orders to minimise shortages
Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems (orders, delivery dates, pricing)
What We’re Looking For

Previous administrative experience (essential)
Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or logistics (desirable)
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Confident using ERP/MRP systems
Strong Excel skills (essential), including ability to manage and analyse data
Other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook)
