Are you a dynamic and experienced logistics professional looking for your next leadership opportunity? We are seeking a highly capable Logistics Team Leader to join our clients warehouse and packaging operations in Bedfordshire. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of all logistics and warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the warehouse & packaging logistics team
*
Oversee the booking in/out and transfer of all packaging materials and finished goods using SAP and RF scanners
*
Plan and coordinate daily and weekly loading/unloading schedules
*
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
*
Operate counterbalance forklifts, clamps, double forks, and PPTs
*
Ensure health & safety standards and procedures are rigorously followed
*
Liaise with suppliers, senior management, and internal departments
*
Support continuous improvement initiatives and staff training
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics team leadership role
*
High level of proficiency in SAP, including WMS and MM modules
*
Strong IT skills and experience with RF scanner operations
*
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities
*
A proactive, safety-first approach with a focus on continuous improvement
*
FLT and clamp truck certification
*
Experience in managing stock controls and creating finished goods labels
