Lower KS2 Class Teacher - Faith Primary School - Haringey 📍 Location: Haringey, North London 📅 Start Date: 1st September 2025 📆 Contract: Full-time until 24th July 2026 💰 Pay: Inner London M1-M3 (£198.80-£218.15 per day PAYE) 🎓 Applications welcomed from ECTs and Teachers with up to 3-4 years' experience Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Primary Teacher looking to join a supportive and friendly faith school in Haringey? Do you have a strong interest in teaching Lower KS2, and the skills to nurture and inspire pupils to achieve their best? SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive faith-based primary school in Haringey, who are looking to recruit a Lower KS2 Class Teacher for the new academic year. This full-time position begins in September 2025 and will run through to July 2026, with interviews taking place as soon as possible. About the Role: As a Class Teacher in Lower KS2, you will take full responsibility for a class of enthusiastic and eager learners. You will plan, deliver and assess lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum and the school's teaching and learning policies. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to pupils' needs in Lower KS2 Planning and preparing lessons in line with the National Curriculum and the school's schemes of work Marking and assessing pupils' work following the school's marking policy Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment Monitoring and tracking pupil progress and using assessment data to inform teaching Supporting the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of pupils in line with the school's faith values Collaborating with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders to ensure consistency and best practice Maintaining excellent behaviour management in line with school policy Participating in staff meetings, CPD, and parent/carer consultations Attending and contributing to school events and celebrationsCandidate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK Suitable for ECTs or teachers with up to 3-4 years of experience A confident and reflective practitioner with strong curriculum knowledge Ability to plan and mark effectively and in accordance with school policy Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and the wider ethos of a faith-based school Previous KS2 teaching experience is highly desirableThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing, community-focused school that values every member of staff and provides excellent professional development and mentoring support for ECTs.
