Are you passionate about helping children succeed and grow in their learning?
A friendly and inclusive primary school in Harrow is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference-particularly for pupils with additional needs-by providing the encouragement and support they need to flourish in the classroom.
As a LSA, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, especially those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Work alongside teachers to adapt lessons and activities for different learning needs.
Monitor progress and share updates with teaching staff and parents.
Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
Assist with behaviour management, classroom organisation, and daily routines.LSA Requirements:
Has experience working with children or young people (SEN experience preferred but not essential).
Brings patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to learning support.
Can work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with staff, pupils, and families.
Is flexible, proactive, and committed to the needs of the class.
