Pay and working hours:
* Per hour/Salary: £16 to £18
* Working hours: 3 days per week (room for flexibility)
Are you passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join an FE college we are currently working with.
In this role, you’ll:

Work 1:1 with a young person with Autism, supporting them to access college life and a personalised curriculum.
*
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to break down barriers to learning.
*
Provide practical support in and out of the classroom – from learning activities to social groups and day-to-day transitions.
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience supporting young people with SEND (especially Autism).
- An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, flexible, “can-do” attitude.
