Learning Support Assistant - SEMH School (Medway, Kent)
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join our specialist SEMH school near Medway Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team who are dedicated to helping every child achieve their full potential.
About the Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs.
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
Support pupils with behaviour regulation and emotional well-being.
Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with staff, parents, and outside agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children or young people (ideally in an SEMH or SEN setting).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Resilience, patience, and a nurturing approach.
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
