Lunch time Supervisor -£12.80 Per Hour– Wolverhampton, WV6
The Role
Do you enjoy working with children and creating a safe, friendly environment where they can relax and have fun? Are you someone who can stay calm, organised and upbeat, even when things get a little lively? If so, our Lunch Time Supervisor role could be a great fit.
You will support pupils during the busiest part of their day. You’ll help to maintain a safe, well-organised and enjoyable lunchtime experience, both indoors and outdoors. This is a role where you can genuinely make a difference and be a friendly, reliable presence in the school community.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11.45am–1.45pm (term time only – 36 weeks). Start date January 2026

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise pupils during lunchtime in the dining hall, playground and indoor areas.
Encourage good behaviour and support an inclusive, respectful environment.
Assist with lunchtime routines and smooth transitions.
Monitor the dining space and help keep areas clean and tidy, including moving tables and chairs when needed.
Respond calmly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies.

The Person
Experience working with children is helpful but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
