Supervise pupils during the lunch period, ensuring safety and positive behaviour
Support pupils in the dining hall and playground
Encourage healthy eating and good table manners
Promote inclusive play and social interaction
Respond to incidents and follow school safeguarding procedures
Liaise with teaching staff and report any concerns
Maintain a calm and orderly environmentIdeal Lunchtime Supervisor:
Experience working with children or young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Lunchtime Supervisor
Patient, caring, and observant
Able to manage behaviour positively and consistently
