Job Description
Lunchtime Supervisor
Hours: 12:15pm - 1:15pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Between £12.50p/hr - £15.00 p/hr
We are looking to appoint a friendly, caring, and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team at a lovely Primary School.
Role Responsibilities:
* Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground, and school premises during the lunchtime break
* Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and good behaviour of all children
* Supporting children with their meals and encouraging healthy eating habits
* Managing minor first aid incidents and referring more serious issues to senior staff
* Organising and leading playground games and activities to encourage positive play
We are looking for someone who:
* Enjoys working with children and understands their needs
* Is calm, patient, and able to use initiative
* Has good communication and interpersonal skills
* Can work well as part of a team
* Is committed to promoting the school's values and safeguarding all pupils
