Lunchtime Supervisor - Primary School, Penarth
📍 Location: Penarth
🕒 Hours: 11:30am - 1:00pm (Monday to Friday, Term Time Only)
💷 Pay: £14 per hour
📅 Start Date: 01/09/2025
About the Role:
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment of children during their lunchtime. You'll supervise pupils in the dinner hall and playround.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising children during their lunch break (eating and playing)
Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners
Promoting active and safe play
Reporting any incidents or concerns to school staff
What We're Looking For:
Essential: Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to obtain one)
Some previous experience working with or caring for children (e.g. youth work, schools, clubs, childcare)
A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individual
Ideal for someone looking to gain school experience or pursue a career as a Teaching Assistant or in education
