Would you like to work in the Luxury Cruise industry?! If you're a sales professional and enjoy looking after your customers, providing an end to end service whilst delivering a high-touch approach, then we have a fabulous opportunity for you!
Our client is a UK market leader in the sales of luxury cruise voyages. Collectively, the team have over 80 years’ experience and pride themselves on giving the most competitive prices and exceptional customer service.
Whether you’re an existing cruise consultant, a travel expert with a strong passion for cruises or even an experienced sales professional from another high end, luxury industry, we'd love to hear from you!
On offer is a basic salary of £24,500 plus commission (OTE £30-35k), £3k pa of tax free incentives from suppliers, FAM trips and sociable working hours - not past 6pm!

Role of a Luxury Cruise Sales Consultant:
* Converting leads provided into bookings
* Creating hand crafted travel itineraries
* Providing customers with personal recommendations
* Assisting with post booking questions, queries and amendments
* Offering personal end to end service
* Achieving targets and companies KPI’s
* Upholding the company’s core values
Skills required for the role:
* Minimum 12 months experience within a sales related role - cruise/travel background advantageous
* Experience of dealing with high spend customers
* Ability to offer a high touch, personal service and able to exceed expectations
* Tenacious, drive and professionalism Highly motivated salesperson who is results orientated
* Have great interpersonal skills and a good telephone manner
* Have your own car and full driving license
