To use all CRM resources to optimise the client journey within to support the retail team with their commercial goals.
key responsibilities.
Main point of contact for CRM systems (Salesforce)
Management of effective attribution across the market
Coordination client reward programme - gifting, events, and activations
Oversee the database, and support boutiques on the 'CRM Mindset' to keep it clean and prepared for transition to Salesforce.
Regular reporting to offer CRM analysis to support brand and retail in achieving their goals.
main skills to be successful;
Proficiency in Microsoft apps including Excel, BI, PowerPoint and CRM applications.
Understanding of the luxury market in general
Knowledge of data protection policies
Flexible attitude as work is never finite in a small team and ad hoc projects are common!
Ability to work independently or in a team depending on the task.

ATTRIBUTION
CRM rules implementation & monitoring
Pre-attribution management & tracking
Client journey Masterfile, top client attribution tracking
CRM KPIs monitoring and boutique support to achieve
New boutique CRM game plan - database extraction & communication target plan in collaboration with HQ & brand
Define strategy for recruitment and retention of clients and prospect potential clients.
ACTIVATION
Coordination of local and global event & activation guest lists and recipients - extraction, submission & boutique coordination
Gifting programme management & distribution
Ad hoc/seasonal activation distribution & follow up (welcome pack, CNY, Christmas, etc.)
Post event/activation reporting on attendance & return
Combine data and research with marketing communications to maximize customer relationships.
SYSTEMS
Roll out and coordination of Salesforce (budgeted X hours)
Main contact and champion for CRM systems
Clean up and maintenance of database
Boutique training on ongoing data management
M3 gifting inventory management (brand/logistics?)
REPORTING
Daily sales reporting to check CRM, sales & compliance rules
Monthly CRM reporting - birthdays, top clients, new clients, KPI updates, etc.
Monitoring of re-sellers and flip file
Regular CRM analysis reporting to provide business insight, leverage client intelligence to identify client potential for new relationships
Monitor and analyse CRM results and provide recommendations/actions to develop customer portfolio & traffic.
