Luxury Showroom Manager
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 base + performance bonus (OTE approx. £60,000)
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, including weekend working on rota basis

A prestigious, long-established luxury interiors retailer is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead their beautiful Redhill showroom. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand renowned for premium products, exquisite showrooms and outstanding client service.
About the Role
As Showroom Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring it consistently reflects the elegance and high standards associated with a luxury retail environment. You will lead and motivate a small sales team, create a warm and engaging customer experience, and guide clients through their design and purchasing journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a small showroom sales team
• Welcome clients and provide an exceptional, personalised customer experience
• Offer guidance on suitability, sizing, pricing, and interior design considerations
• Prepare quotations, process payments and manage orders from start to finish
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain impeccable showroom presentation at all times
• Manage the showroom diary, client appointments, and CRM updates
• Collaborate with other showrooms and head office as required
• Ensure commercial targets are met and exceeded
Requirements
• Proven retail or showroom management experience
• Strong customer service skills and outstanding communication abilities
• Confident, warm, and engaging with clients
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commercially minded with experience driving sales
• Background or keen interest in interiors, design, or a creative field
• Competent with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Team player willing to support all aspects of showroom operations
