Take ownership of trip budgets, booking finances and accurate financial records.
Handle unusual or last-minute requests with a calm, creative and solutions-focused approach.
Maintain accurate client information, communications and booking records within the CRM.
Lead weekly sales meetings, presenting sales and financial performance information.
Stay ahead of luxury travel trends, destinations, properties and new experiences, bringing fresh ideas to the wider team.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners and represent the business at events, networking opportunities and familiarisation trips.
Support marketing and business development through market intelligence, product updates and relevant content.
Travel internationally when required to support clients and oversee selected trips on the ground.
