M&E Client Relationship Coordinator – Southgate - £33,000
An exciting opportunity for an M&E Client Relationship Coordinator to join a family run reactive maintenance company based in North London.
For this M&E Client Relationship Coordinator position you must come from a reactive maintenance background.
Package:
* £33,000 base salary (DOE)
* 29 days holiday

Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, acting as their main point of contact.
* Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on client service requests.
* Support contract management and renewals, ensuring all client agreements are up to date.
* Collaborate with internal teams to close jobs efficiently and update clients on progress.
Must have:
* Previous experience in client coordination, customer service and B2B within the M&E reactive maintenance sector.
* Background in business, customer service, or a related field.
