M&E Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Salary: £48,000 + monthly travel card
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Locations: Colindale (residential complex), North Acton, and Perivale (rehearsal studios)
Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a busy, multi-site portfolio across North and West London. The role involves carrying out a range of maintenance and engineering duties across three sites, with a primary base at the Colindale residential complex.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building services systems, with an emphasis on electrical works.

Support general M&E operations including lighting, power, HVAC, plumbing, and fabric maintenance.

Attend breakdowns, diagnose faults, and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.
*
Liaise directly with site management and clients to ensure smooth operation of all facilities.
*
Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
*
Manage your own schedule between sites (typically 1–2 days per week at each location).
About You:
*
Qualified electrically-biased M&E Engineer with proven building maintenance experience.
*
Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
*
Flexible and proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving.
