Role Overview
As Project Director – M&E, you will lead the delivery of high-value developments, overseeing every aspect of the M&E scope from concept to completion. You will take full responsibility for programme performance, financial control, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will play a strategic role in both project execution and broader business development.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across major M&E packages on high-profile developments.

Oversee project finances, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals and delivering robust cost control.

Drive day-to-day operational success and ensure overall progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.

Maintain regular communication with the executive team, delivering clear and accurate progress reporting.

Contribute to wider business development initiatives and support the leadership team in growing the company’s project pipeline and market presence.
What We’re Looking For

A seasoned Project Director with a strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background.

Proven track record delivering major construction projects with values exceeding £50 million.
*
Experience managing full project lifecycles, from tender through to final handover.
*
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, multidisciplinary project teams.
*
Commercially astute, with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
