Job Description
Project Manager
• Responsible project leadership/management to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
• Coordination and clarification with authorities and other project participant
• Management of the project team in the design and construction process
• Economic and technical responsibility using products, systems and processes
• Responsibility for quality and schedule management as well as its design and active control
• Technical assessment and strategic preparation as well as control of the tendering process and
responsibility for the awarding of subcontractor services
• Identification and implementation of savings potential / optimization
• Responsibility for commissioning, handing over and defect management
