M&E Project Manager required on a high end residential project
.
OHUK are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a luxury residential project in the Wandsworth area. The successful candidate will have a background of either an electrical or mechanical bias but be knowledable on both & previous experience managing projects within the high end residential sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of high-value MEP packages on prestigious residential projects
*
Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Oversee planning, programming, procurement, and resource allocation
*
Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and company standards
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management to provide progress updates
*
Monitor project performance, budgets, and deadlines, ensuring contractual obligations are met
*
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Requirements:
*
Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications (NVQ, HNC, HND, degree, or equivalent)
*
SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential)
*
Proven track record of managing MEP projects, ideally within the high-end residential sector
*
Strong technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services
*
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
*
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
