M&E Quantity Surveyor | Main Contractor | Major Projects | Exclusive Opportunity

PSR Solutions is working exclusively with a highly respected Tier 1 Main Contractor to recruit an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team in London.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the commercial management of Mechanical & Electrical packages from procurement through to final account on major construction projects across London. Reporting into the Senior's and Commercial Managers. 

Working closely with operational teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors, you'll play a key role in delivering complex schemes from pre-construction through to completion.

Requirements

Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.
Strong commercial knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical packages.
Experience managing subcontractor accounts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ambitious, driven and looking for long-term progression.
