Job Description
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical & Electrical)
Location: Kent (London Projects)
Salary: £65K – £75K (DOE)
The Role:
• Full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E sector
• Support business growth and help expand the customer base across London projects
• Deliver high-quality commercial input across all stages of M&E projects
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Prepare detailed cost plans, valuations, and financial progress reports
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure commercial clarity
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction contracts and industry regulations

The Company:
• 18+ years of experience in residential new build and refurbishment projects
• Based in Kent with a strong order book for 2025
• Specialises in domestic fit-outs and large district heat networks
• Employs 30+ direct staff
The Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the M&E sector
• Proven track record on mechanical and electrical projects
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
