Salary: £75K per annum

An exciting role for an M&E Quantity Surveyor with a large M&E contractor has arisen. The company are well established with flag ship contracts across the UK.
They cover the commercial M&E sector, working in partnership with well know builders and key end clients.
The ideal candidate will have a at least 5 years experience within M&E contracting. There will be opportunities to progress into senior commercial roles within the business also.
Key duties & responsibilities include:
Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
Produce monthly commercial reports
Monthly financial reviews
Cash flow forecasting
Validation of Contracts
To agree and resolve final accounts
Manage and implementation the insurances for the work packages
Cost value reconciliations and the variation's procedures
Risk and opportunity management procedures
Qualifications:
Degree qualified of benefit
HNC/HND level in building services essential
