Are you a motivated M&E Quantity Surveyor looking for more autonomy and career progression? A well-established and continuously evolving M&E contractor is seeking driven individuals to join their commercial team and take ownership of project delivery.
About the Company:
A fast-moving, forward-thinking M&E contractor delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors, including Education, Hospitality & Retail, Commercial, Defence, Public, and Healthcare. Project values range from £100k to £10m, providing you with exposure to a broad spectrum of exciting challenges and experiences. As part of the team, you’ll enjoy visibility, variety, and genuine opportunities to progress into senior roles.
About the Role
There are opportunities for M&E Quantity Surveyors at all levels—from Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyors to fully qualified professionals. Depending on your experience, you will either support or lead the commercial delivery of projects, working closely with the Commercial Lead, fellow Quantity Surveyors, and project teams throughout the full project lifecycle—from tender handover to final account.
Key Responsibilities
* Support or lead the preparation and submission of interim applications
* Manage project cashflow and ensure timely payments
* Prepare and manage sub-contract documentation
* Monitor and approve sub-contractor payments and instructions
* Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams
* Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the project
