Job Description
Our client is a reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor with a track record of delivering medium to large projects and complex mixed used development schemes throughout Scotland. To support recent project awards and the ongoing growth of the business in the East of Scotland, they now require an experienced M&E Services Manager to join their existing team and manage the delivery of a range of new build and refurbishment projects in and around Edinburgh with a value of circa £20M - £100M.
The successful candidate will ideally have the following experience and abilities:-
* Minimum of 10 – 15 years’ ideally with a recognised Tier 1 Main Contractor or M&E Sub-Contractor
* Management of site production, technical staff and sub-contractors
* Ability to relate well to design teams and client’s
* Commercial awareness to minimise risk to margin
* Control and reporting on Health & Safety & Quality criteria
* Experience of Traditional projects would be advantageous
