M&E Supervisor (Foot Mobile) – West or East London | Up to £60,000
We’re on the hunt for a reliable and experienced M&E Supervisor to join our team on a foot mobile basis, covering either West or East London – your choice.
Position: M&E Supervisor (Foot Mobile)
Location: West or East London
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Full-Time | Permanent
What You'll Be Doing:
*
Supervising day-to-day M&E operations across multiple commercial sites
*
Leading and supporting mobile engineers
*
Carrying out hands-on maintenance and reactive works (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
*
Managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with H&S regulations
*
Ensuring PPM schedules are met across sites
*
Reporting to the Contract/Operations Manager
What We’re Looking For:
*
M&E qualified (electrical or mechanical bias – with City & Guilds/NVQ)
*
Proven experience in a similar supervisory role
*
Strong understanding of building services and maintenance
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Comfortable with foot mobile coverage – must be able to travel between sites
*
Right to work in the UK
