Job Description
On behalf of our client, Nrl Recruitment are looking for an M&E Technician for work based in the Edmonton area.

Location: Edmonton, North Middlesex University Hospital N18 1QX
Hours: 40 hours a week. There is on call, On-Call Requirement: 1 Week per Month, so candidates will ideally have a driving licence
Rate: Your requested salary will be considered

Key Information, Require the following:
We require candidates that are more Mechanical biased and they must be level 3 qualified. We need people from building maintenance/ideally hospital background.Working on:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks, including both Authorised Person (AP) and Competent Person (CP) duties, ensuring that all mechanical systems within the healthcare environment are operating safely and efficiently.
This includes conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), repairs, and clearing blockages across the site.
Additional qualifications:
Relevant mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment.
Experience with fault diagnosis, testing, and maintenance of building services and plant equipment.
Valid driving license (if required for site access).
