Job Title: M&P Project Manager
Location: Hybrid – Site-based and Ramsgate
Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
We are seeking a skilled and proactive M&P Project Manager to lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical projects across hybrid locations, including Ramsgate. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of project delivery, working closely with engineers, site teams, and the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects from planning through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
* Coordinate resources including materials, equipment, labour, and subcontractors.
* Monitor compliance with codes, HSEQ policies, and performance standards.
* Provide technical support and liaise with stakeholders across departments.
* Create and maintain project programmes, reporting delays and disruptions.
* Oversee site Health & Safety, environmental and quality standards.
* Prepare Health & Safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
* Organise and attend meetings, setting agendas and recording notes.
* Maintain internal project documentation and monitor budgets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in MEP or construction project management.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
