Machine Cell Operator - Loop & Spool – Weekends
Brecon
Permanent – Fri, Sat, Sun alternative days and nights 12 hours
£37,599.12 inclusive of shift allowance
RSW are looking to recruit an experienced Machine Operative for a permanent role with our client, a specialist manufacturer based in Brecon. Excellent salary and progression opportunities for the right candidate.
Job Description
The Loop, Stamp & Spool operation is automated and contained in a cell. The operator will be required to set the process up from the drum and feed the flyline into the cell to the start position. The operator then starts the operation from the control panel and monitors the progress of the operation. The operator will be required to enter information into the control panel throughout the shift. This is a weekend operation requiring the operator to work 12 hour shifts alternating through 1 week of days and 1 week of nights.
Training
All training will be given, however previous knowledge in machine operations will be an advantage.
Hours
The operator will be working 12 hour shifts (total 36 hours) starting at 6am Friday and finishing 6am Monday alternating through 1 week of days and 1 week of nights.
Pay & Holidays
The weekend shift will be paid for 40 hours at a normal rate of £13.39 per hour plus shift allowance will be 35% = £37,599.12
Holidays will be accrued in the normal manner for a total of 33 days including bank holidays. The weekend will account for 5 daysBefore You Apply
