Machine Minder - Clacton-On-Sea, Essex
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | £12.21ph | Immediate Start
We're working with a well-established manufacturer in Clacton-On-Sea who is currently seeking a Machine Minder to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous machine operating or production experience, looking for stability, growth, and long-term prospects.
Position Details:
Location: Clacton-On-Sea, Essex
Hours: Monday - Friday, 05:30 - 14:00
Full-Time Role
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Paid weekly (via Prime Appointments during the temp period)
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and monitoring basic machinery
Carrying out light metal assembly work
Working efficiently on a busy production line
Meeting daily production targets
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Assisting with other general factory duties as required
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation is essential
A team player with strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Looking for a long-term role with potential for permanent employment
