Adecco are looking to recruit Experienced Machine operators for a manufacturing/production client in Westhoughton, Bolton area BL5 on a Temporary on-going basis.
HOURS:12 hours days and nights
Pay: £16.36 - £19.26 per hour

Pay £16.36- £19.26 per hour depending on shift pattern
Your Role:
As a Machine Operative, you will play a crucial part in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating various machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
Performing routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery is running smoothly.
Monitoring production processes and making adjustments as necessary.
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.What We're Looking For:

Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Basic understanding of machinery operation is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
