Machine Operatives Required – Desborough

Location: Desborough
 Immediate Starts Available
 Temp to Perm Opportunities

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Machine Operatives to join a busy production team in Desborough. This is a great opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for long-term employment.

Shifts Available:

 Rotating Double Days (Monday to Friday)

6:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 10:00pm
 Night Shift (Sunday to Thursday)

Duties Include:

Operating and monitoring machinery
Quality checking products
Loading materials into machines
Packing and palletising finished goods
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Meeting production targets
What We're Looking For:

Good attention to detail
Ability to work at a fast pace
Reliable and punctual attitude
Previous manufacturing or machine operative experience is advantageous but not essential
