Machine Operative
Location: Corby
Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Contract Type: 12-week temporary to permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Machine Operative to join our team in Corby. The successful candidate will be responsible for running machinery and accurately measuring correct amounts. This is a physically demanding role that requires a good level of fitness. Overtime is often available.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating various machines as required.
Measuring and ensuring correct amounts are processed.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Reporting any machine malfunctions or issues.Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Machine Operative.
MUST be physically fit due to the demands of the role.
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Benefits:
