About the Role
As a Night Shift Machine Operative, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of machinery within a manufacturing setting. Your primary goal will be to ensure production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Conducting routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
Performing basic machine adjustments and minor maintenance tasks.
Identifying and reporting any mechanical faults or production issues promptly.
Loading and unloading materials from machines.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth shift operations.Working Hours & Pay
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Hours: 22:00 - 06:00
Pay Rate: £13.82 per hourSkills & Experience Required
Previous experience as a Machine Operative or in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good communication skills.
A proactive and reliable approach to work.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
