Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based in Mildenhall, who are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operative to join their busy team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
· Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
· Carrying out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
· Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
· Meeting daily/weekly production targets.
· Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a machine operative or manufacturing role (desirable, not essential).
· Good attention to detail and ability to follow instruction.
· Strong work ethic and reliability.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to work shift patterns if required.
Benefits, pay and working hours:
· Starting rate of between £13.00- £16.00 per hour depending on experience.
· 40 hours paid per week.
· Consistent Monday to Friday daytime hours – no weekends!
· Temporary to permanent opportunity.
· Ongoing training and development.
