Machine Operative – South Normanton
Location: South Normanton
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:20pm | Early finish on Fridays
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (basic) | £18.32 per hour (after 39 hours)
No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor machinery to produce components to specification
* Set up machines for production runs, making adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
* Assemble parts using various tools and machines
* Perform in-process quality checks
* Pack finished products securely for storage or dispatch
* Complete production paperwork and record output accurately
* Follow all health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
* Support with general production tasks as required
