Machine Operative

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting experienced and skilled Machine Operatives to join our well established client on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
* Set up machines accurately for timely start-up.
* Follow quality guidelines across all areas.
* Operate in all factory areas.
* Complete training on all functions.
* Dispose of waste appropriately.
* Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
* Ensure personal and team safety.
* Participate actively in team efforts to uphold high standards.
* Communicate issues to Shift coordinators, Leaders, and team members.
* Achieve all set targets.

* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Effective communication skills.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm on a weekly rotation.
Starting salary: £14.30 per hour (including shift allowance) + regular overtime available at a premium rate.
