Job Description
Sure Staffing is currently recruiting for Machine Operatives/Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established food production facility in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking long-term, stable work in a clean and supportive environment.
Shifts & Pay
* Monday–Thursday: 15:30–01:00
* £13.52 per hour during training
* £14.05 per hour once trained
* Friday: 15:30–19:30 (same pay rates)
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production machinery in a chilled environment
* Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and product quality
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
* Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic
