What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll work across production areas with some supervision:
* Set up and operate production equipment as a machine operator
* Monitor processes and carry out quality checks
* Clean and maintain machines and work areas
* Report faults to the Supervisor
* Enter production data to track quantities, materials, and time
* Identify and implement process improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a production or machine operator role
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Basic computer skills
* Team player with a safety-first attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop as a machine operator
Hours
Standard: 37.5 per week
* Tue–Thu: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* Fri: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
During training (first 1–3 months depending on skills/experience):
* Mon–Wed: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* Thu: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
