Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating and maintaining machinery such as Die Cutting, Folding & Gluing, Laminating, and Printing equipment.
hifts:
Weekly rotating pattern:

Week 1: 6am–2pm (Mon–Fri) @ £13.32 / hr
*
Week 2: 2pm–11pm (Mon–Thu), 2pm–6pm (Fri) @ £15.98 / hr
*
Training hours: 8am–5.15pm (Mon–Thu), 8am–5pm (Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
*
Set up, operate, and monitor production machines to produce high-quality products.
*
Carry out adjustments, tooling changes, and speed optimisation to meet targets.
*
Inspect materials, identify defects, and maintain product quality standards.
*
Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance in line with BRC hygiene requirements.
*
Report equipment issues, tooling damage, or required upgrades to the Team Leader and engineering team.

Ensure materials and equipment are stocked and ready for productionBefore You Apply
