Job Description

The Role

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment. You’ll be involved in operating machinery, packing products, and preparing goods for dispatch while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Shift Patterns Available

  * 4 on / 4 off

  * 12-hour shifts: 2 days followed by 2 nights

Key Responsibilities

  * Operating production and packing machinery

  * Packing products to required quality standards

  * Labelling, palletising, and preparing stock for shipment

  * Monitoring machines and reporting any issues

  * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

  * Working efficiently to minimise waste and downtime

About You

  * Reliable and steady, with an interest in growing with the company

  * Physically fit (some heavy lifting involved)

  * Good attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  * Willing to follow health & safety procedures

  * Previous production or warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential
