Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator (4 Positions Available) 
Location: Leamington Spa 
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 
* Initial training on AM shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm (for a couple of weeks) 
* Moving onto PM shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm 
Pay Rate: 
* Starting at £12.71 per hour 
* Pay increase once fully trained and independently operating machines

We are currently recruiting for 4 Machine Operators to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term role with progression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating machinery in a fast-paced production setting 
* Carrying out tasks with consistency and accuracy 
* Maintaining high levels of attention to detail at all times 
* Adapting quickly to different projects and processes 
* Standing for extended periods throughout the shift

Requirements:

* A strong work ethic and commitment to long-term employment is essential 
* Ability to learn quickly and work across multiple projects 
* Excellent attention to detail 
* Previous machine operating experience is desirable but not essential
