Location: Arbroath
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contact: Temporary Contract -End of August until December
The Role
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Setting up equipment and making basic adjustments where required
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
Ensuring products meet company specifications and standards
Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to supervisors
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Assisting with general production duties as requiredWhat We Are Looking For
Previous machine operating, manufacturing or production experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good communication skills
Forklift Licence (Desirable but not essential)
Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
Ability to follow instructions and health & safety proceduresWhat's on Offer?
