Job Description

MTrec’s New Opportunity;

  * MTrec have a new opportunity for a prestigious firm based in Durham (DH1) area.

The Jobs You’ll Do;

  * Operating and maintaining embroidery machines to embroider and emboss logos onto clothing

  * Operating a range of machinery and hand tools on a daily basis

  * Threading reels and items on different machinery

  * Uploading various programmes and artwork onto machinery

  * Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or issues

  * Quality inspection of garments, packing, labelling and bagging items

  * Working to various production drawings, making sure all specifications are met

  * Full training to be provided

  * Following strict health and safety guidelines

About You;

  * No experience needed, full training to be provided

  * Must be able to complete dexterous tasks and have key eye for detail

  * Excellent attention to detail, with good problem-solving skills

  * Good organisation and planning skills

  * The ability to work alone and in a team

  * Previous experience in a production or embroidery environment (preferred but not essential – full training provided)

  * The ability to understand technical drawings

  * Physically fit, should be prepared to be standing for long periods of time

The Hours You’ll Work;

  * 06:00am – 18:00pm (4 days on / 4 days off) - Continental shift pattern

The Pay You’ll Receive;

  * £12.71 per hour

  * Weekly pay

  * Overtime available

  * Opportunity to increase pay
