Machine Operator (Coalville – LE67 1TT)

Preci-Spark is looking to recruit Machine Operator to join our existing team at our Coalville Facility. The role will primarily involve setting and operating a broad range of machines whilst adhering to industry and company standards.
What we offer for the position of Machine Operator
* £12.50 - £14.50ph depending on skill level and experience.
* Monthly Productivity Bonus.
* Training will be provided.
* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
* Rotating Shifts (37 hours): Mon to Weds 6.00am to 2.00pm – 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Thurs 6.00am to 1.00pm – 1.00pm to 8.00pm, Fri 6.00am to 12.00pm – 12.00pm to 06.00pm
* Overtime availability.
* Permanent contract of employment.
* On-site Parking.

Requirements for the position of the Machine Operator
* Experience in machining would be an advantage but not necessary, as training is provided.
* Capable of working as part of a team.
* Attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn and work to procedures

Role of the Machine Operator
* Setting and operating a broad range of machines such as press, EDM, laser.
* Keep within both company, and industry standards.
* Reading engineering drawings.
* Achieving production targets.
* Health, safety and environmental compliance.
