Role Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in the production process. You will operate and monitor machinery, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be key in maintaining the efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Adhere to site regulations and maintain a high standard of safety and housekeeping.
Accurate Documentation: Complete all paperwork in real-time, ensuring it is accurate, legible, and in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Quality Assurance: Report any quality issues to the Production Leader/Group Leader immediately to maintain product integrity.
Effective Communication: Ensure a thorough and effective daily handover, including current setup and running status, using the Tier 1 process.
Continuous Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on machines during production to ensure optimal performance.
Follow Instructions: Work diligently according to specific and detailed written instructions, adhering to mandatory site policies.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications: - CMF Operator:
Some manufacturing or press operating experience is beneficial.
- VA Operator:
Experience in automation or assembly is advantageous, but not essential.
