Machine Operative
Location: Grassington
Type: Permanent
Pay: £16.06 per hour (+ £450 bonus after 6-month probation)
SWIFT Temps Ltd – Bradford Industrial Recruitment Division is currently recruiting for a Machine Operative on behalf of our client in Grassington.
Key Duties:
* Operating milk and juice pasteurising machinery
* Monitoring and adjusting machine settings for optimal performance
* Conducting routine quality checks during machine operation
* Working efficiently on a fast-paced production line
* Training provided for Clean-in-Place (CIP) operator responsibilities
* Labelling and packing products as part of the process flow
* Cleaning and maintaining machinery to hygiene standards
* Some manual handling and lifting may be required
Hours:
* 40 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts)
* Shifts are 8 to 10 hours with early starts and later finishes
Pay Details:
* £16.06 per hour
* £450 bonus upon successful completion of probation
