What You’ll Do:
* Operate and set up machines on a production line
* Monitor machinery to ensure consistent quality
* Perform quality checks and complete production paperwork
* Label and pack products for dispatch
* Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
* Meet daily production and quality targets
What We’re Looking For:
* Team player with a strong work ethic
* Good attention to detail — quality matters!
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
* Able to stand for long periods and manage manual tasks
* Previous manufacturing or manual role experience preferred
Shift Pattern:
* 24/7 continental rota
* Rotates over 4 weeks
* 12-hour shifts (06:45–19:00 / 18:45–07:00)
