Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00 / Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary – Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join our client’s production team. This role is ideal for someone who is technically minded, hands-on, and looking for a long-term opportunity.
The Duties of a Machine Operator:
Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
Use hand and power tools as part of the production process
Perform basic computer tasks related to machine operation and reporting
Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace
The Requirements of a Machine Operator:
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Basic computer literacy
Confident using hand and power tools
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
