Machine Operator
Location: Flint
Salary: £28,224 – £30,000 per year (including shift allowance)
Shifts: 12-hour shifts on a rota basis (days & nights)

You’ll be hands-on with machinery, making sure production runs smoothly, quality stays high, and safety is always number one. This isn’t just button-pushing – you’ll be involved in machine set-ups, changeovers, quality checks, packing, palletising, and keeping production moving.

Your day-to-day will include:

Operating and monitoring machinery across different lines
*
Adjusting machines for changeovers and maintaining accurate production records
*
Conducting quality checks to make sure everything meets spec
*
Keeping the production area clean, safe, and running efficiently
*
Working closely with the Shift Operational Lead and the Continuous Improvement team to keep getting better
