Machine Operator – Beer Brewing Company
Location: MK17 9FE
Pay: £13.50 per hour (Temp-to-Perm, £14.75 per hour after 12 weeks)
Shifts: Monday to Friday – AM 6:00am–2:30pm / PM 2:00pm–10:30pm
Industrious Recruitment are looking for reliable Machine Operators to join a leading beer brewing company. This is a temporary role with the potential to go permanent, offering excellent progression opportunities.
What we offer:
* Competitive pay: £13.50 per hour, rising to £14.75 per hour after 12 weeks once permanent
* Monday to Friday shifts – choose between AM or PM
* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic brewing environment
Responsibilities:
* Operating machinery safely and efficiently
* Supporting production processes, including occasional heavy lifting
* Maintaining high standards of quality and safety on the line
